Работаю когда хотят, ничего не знают или у консула нет времени этим заниматься. Я просто обалдела когда консул мне ответил это. Зато деньги брать за услуги которые должны быть бесплатными и при этом не выпивать квитанции это у ни как в порядке вещей. Не знаешь за что платишь, ни кому и как потом это доказать. Много гонора и понтов и ничего больше.

I found the Russian consulate of Malaga on Google and noticed that they had published specific business hours: 9am-2pm. The following day, I have stopped by to inquire about their services, but the office was closed during the specified business hours. Puzzled by the inconsistency between the published business hours and their actual hours of operation, I began reading the reviews that others customers have left in this same thread where I am now writing a review. Then, I had discovered that other people have also complained about the false information they had published about their hours of operation.

When I had finally set up an appointment with the Russian consulate, I notified them that I needed them to provide my certificate of birth.

They charged me a total of 70 Euro and agreed to render the service, but when I showed up at their office to collect the document, I did not receive what they promised to deliver. Instead of giving me the document that I asked for, they provided a short statement indicating that my request could not be granted because the government of Russia did not have my certificate of birth on file.

Their fraudulent intentions were clear; they had all of my information on file and knew very well that my birth certificate was unavailable. If they were honest, they would have handled the situation very differently: instead of charging me 70 Euros and asking me to pick up the document at their office, they would have notified me that the service was not possible to render.

If there was any reason to give them the benefit of the doubt at that point, there certainly isn't one now. More than a month later, the representatives of the consulate sent an email to me claiming that I had failed to complete the full payment. Less than 24 hours thereafter, they followed up with another message, declaring their intention to escalate the situation by reporting my alleged non-payment to the Russian embassy in Madrid.

I responded by forwarding my previous correspondences with them, where they had received my receipt that documented the full payment of 70 Euros. I have also clarified that they had received this receipt over one month ago and confirmed that I had submitted the full payment. Despite this, they false asserted that the payment had not been submitted and demanded additional compensation.
